By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Drop 001 pieces are made to order in numbered, limited runs — when a run sells out, it does not restock.
Drop 001 items are made to order and ship in approximately 3–4 weeks from order date. You will receive email updates from order through delivery. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill (including suspected fraud or pricing errors).
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify Payments. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Free US shipping on orders over $150; $8 flat under.
Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with hem tags intact — contact us to start one. Because pieces are made to order in numbered runs, returns for refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Socks are final sale. Original shipping is non-refundable; defective or wrong items are replaced at our cost.
Numbered hem labels are assigned in production order and cannot be requested or reserved. Number assignment is final.
The GC monogram, GHETTO CUTE wordmark, product designs, photography, and site content are the property of Ghetto Cute and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The site is provided as-is without warranties beyond those required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
