When you shop or join The List we collect the information needed to serve you: your email address; your name, shipping address, and phone when you place an order; and payment details, which are processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store full card numbers. We also collect standard device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through cookies.
Only the service providers who make the store run: Shopify (checkout, orders, payments), Klaviyo (email), our fulfillment partners (name and shipping address only, to make and ship your order), and analytics providers. We never sell your personal information.
Unsubscribe from email anytime via the link in any message. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email our team and we will respond within 30 days. California and Washington residents may exercise applicable state privacy rights the same way.
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Data is transmitted over SSL and stored with our processors under their security programs.
Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
